We had BIG plans for our long weekend which was somewhat dampened by poor weather. Friday night we went to one of our favorite restaurants, Old Chicago and gorged ourselves with yummy food.
Saturday we headed up one of our favorite canyons here, Hyalite Canyon, for some fly fishing. It was beautiful fishing weather and the scenery was great. Brock caught 7 fishies and I caught 0, needless to say I was bummed.
Later that night I hosted a Bridal Shower for my friend Etosha and Brock went on a gnarly mountain bike ride with the boys.
Monday we were going to go on a long hike with our friends but it was cold and rainy so we hung out downtown with them instead. While we were out we hit up an Ashley Furniture close out sell and scored some new tables!
Nothing too exciting but it was relaxing to stay around the area and spend time with our great friends!

Boog and Brock fished on the rock together. Boog jumped into the river due to curiosity of the swift moving water, luckily he was hooked to a leash and Brock towed him back in. I don't think he'll do that again any time soon.

I was too excited about my tables, so I had to post them. We got three table for $90 at the close out sell and I thought it was a "Steal of a Deal". We got the one for the entry and two night stands. One night stand is in the hall and the other is in our room.
