Island Park

We were able to spend this last weekend with our friends Casey & Erin. We met up with them in Island Park, Idaho for a weekend in the mountains. We stayed in a super nice cabin right there on the island. We had a great time hanging out and visiting. Brock and Casey enjoyed an early moring fishing trip while we were there too. We had a super great time, thanks you two!Casey & Erin's dog Rufus, is all worn out from Brock and Casey picking on him. He is a very sweet doggie.

The first night we were at the Cabin, Casey and Brock were riding bikes and Casey ran into a stump. Needless to say his "gnarly trick" ended sour. Casey ripped his toe nail off his big toe. "OUCH!" It was bleeding so bad that a band-aid wouldn't hold all the blood, so he wrapped it in electrical tape. How does that saying go?.....You know you're a Redneck if.....

Grandpa's Cabin

On saturday afternoon Brock and I went for a bike ride to the lake. It was nice to get out in the fresh air and into the Pine Trees. On our way back, we stopped and looked at a cabin Brock's Granparents used to own. It was fun for him to see and remember the good times he had spent there.

It was nice for us to ride our new bikes a little bit more than we've been able to this summer. Casey and Erin's dog Rufus came along to keep us company.

Crash Dummies

Our last night at the cabin, Brock and Casey thought it would be fun to make a bike course out of the deck. It was quite entertaining for me and Erin to watch the two of them attempt their "tricks". Their Circus activities involved many crashes for them both. Brock ended the night with torn shorts and a ripped T-Shirt. Luckily there were no broken bones!

Erin and I were the "Judges" but anything we said they would change to what they wanted. So, I guess the position was just to help us feel needed. I guess you could say we married "Dumb & Dumber".

Update on the Jiggy

Life has been a little nutts the last month and I haven't been able to update this at all, so here's a load-Consider yourself updated!

Brock and I finally closed on our house in July and are all moved in! We are currently undertaking putting in a spinkling system in our new yard. It is going well but very slow, we need probably two whole days to finish it. Who knows when that will be? We love the house and the area, it is perfect for us. We are adjusting to Bozeman and still really love it. We are having fun exploring new things to do and new places to see.

Brock loves his job and is doing great! His branch has improved tons since he has become Manager. Way to go Brock!

We've enjoyed having family visit from both sides and are expecting more visitors this fall. If you ever want to visit there is always a room open.

As for me, I am staying pretty busy with the new house and Brock's errands. I am thinking about charging him soon. ( Just kidding....I love waiting on you baby) I am toying with a few ideas of what to do with my future, I will let everyone know what those are as soon as I do!

That's us in a nuttshell!

Sweet Kai

Our sweet little puppy passed away on August 4th. It was so hard to have her go, she was so much a part of our lives. Everywhere we went she went with us and she loved it. It has been a really hard adjustment not having her around, we hope it will get better. She was so entertaining and loving, we will really miss her. I added a few pictures of Kai, including this not so attractive one of me.
Kai & Kim

Kai playing with a grasshopper, this playdate ended fatal for the hopper.

We had so much fun with Kai, she deffinately was a part of our little family. We always said she was a big dog stuck in a little body. She loved the outdoors, snuggling and fetching rocks. She was super smart and could learn new tricks very fast, her famous trick was to give "hi five". She was a very unique little puppy that everyone couldn't help but love. We are really going to miss having her around.

Shilo & Devin

Brock's sister and her husband came to visit us this last weekend. It was really nice to see them and have their company. We had a really great time, thanks for coming.

While Shilo and Devin were here we hiked up to Palisade Falls up Haylite Canyon. It is a very beautiful hike and we really enjoyed it. (even though it rain on us)

Jason & Rebecca

My cousin Jason and his girlfriend Rebecca came to visit for a few days. We had a lot of fun hanging out in Bozeman and we also spent a day in Yellowstone. We had a super time, thanks for coming you two.

Mini Carts! It was quite entertaining to see these two on a race track together. I think Brock tends to play a little dirty though, thanks for being a good sport Jay!

Brett & Sherry

Haylite Lake

While Brett and Sherry were here visiting, we went to Haylite Lake in the moutains for dinner. We had a nice and relaxing time together. Brock and Brett fished and Kai Chased rocks into the lake while they fished.

Our Yard!

Our yard is all torn up due to putting in a sprinkling system. This picture was taken right after we dug trenches, we now have almost all the sprinklers in. We just need an entire day or two to finish it. Who knows when that will be?

Our Kitchen!

I absolutely love our kitchen, I think it is my favorite part of our house. This picture doesn't really show the whole thing but almost!

Our new house!

Here is an older picture before the house was finished but I haven't taken an updated picture, but you get the idea!
