Fourth of JULY in West Yellowstone MONTANA!

Brock and I were in charge of the Bennett Reunion this year and so we decided to plan a trip to Island Park, Idaho. Our first day of the trip was the 4th of July! We spent the day in West Yellowstone enjoying their festivities. We Headed in around dinner time and ate KFC in the park while we waited for the parade. We had front row seating for the parade and the kids got to catch some candy. Small town parades are always really interesting....anyone can enter to be a part of the parade. So there were  kids driving battery operated barbie cars and riding their bikes! It was the best!
After dinner we enjoyed the park and the live band. We stayed there until close to dark and then we moved over to the field for the fireworks. Of course West Yellowstone didn't disappoint with the fireworks! It's mine and Brock's favorite firework stop!

Welcome to The AMAZING RACE REUNION!

(July 5th at Buttermilk Campground, Island Park, ID)

Our theme this year was "The Amazing Race". I split everyone into teams and we had challenges/games each night to compete. It was so fun and everyone seemed to really enjoy it. It was a lot of work but a lot of fun to put together and have some extra fun things for the kids to look forward to.
We did A LOT of playing! We had the boat, Atv's, games at camp, hikes, fishing, movies and of course delicious food! We have SO  much fun together!

Each person had a bag with the color of their team they would be on and inside there was a coordinating bandanna.

Passports
Naturally we needed passports since we were "traveling" to eight different countries. Kenzee put together the cutest passports for everyone that were individualized for everyone.
